This course draws from a unique combination of backgrounds and skill sets. Iāve studied loneliness, Iāve built communities, and Iāve taught people how to foster belongingāall while searching for the simplest and most accessible ways to do it.

Everything I teach assumes you are NOT naturally a super social super outgoing personāand it all still works. The course is designed with your complete empowerment in mind at all times, so you only proceed in ways that work best for you. When I ask you to host a gathering, you get to decide: is it a 100-person epic karaoke party? Or is it a two-person walk through the park?
What works best for you is what works best for you. My job is to help guide you to taking the action that best fits what you need and what you are up for right now.
